User NotesΒΆ

Available in: Krakatoa v1.0.0 and higher.

  • The User Notes rollout provides a text field where users can enter descriptions of the current scene setup or comments regarding the particle rendering settings and anything that could be useful to other people using the file.
  • NOTE: The text entered in the User Notes field will be saved with the Renderer, so changing the renderer to a different class and back to Krakatoa will remove previously existing notes.
  • On the bright side, the User Notes will be stored with Scene Presets as part of the Scene Info block and can be read when browsing Presets or History files.
