How to Load a Mesh

  • At this point we assume you have either
    • Saved one or more objects to XMesh files using the XMesh Saver plugin of 3ds Max or Maya.
    • Received XMesh files from another user.
  • Create an XMeshLoader, which is found in the Thinkbox category.

  • In the XMeshLoader you created, click the “…” button to the right of Render Sequence in the Files rollout.
  • In the “Select the Mesh Sequence to Add” dialog that appears, choose an .xmesh file from the sequence you want to load.

The mesh should appear in the viewport:
