Have You Downloaded the UBL Certificates?

Download your UBL certificates from the Customer Portal.

UBL Certificate Directory Not Setup

Configure the Usage-Based Licensing Certificate Directory in the Configure AWS Portal Settings dialog.

UBL Certificates Fail to Upload

UBL Certificates can fail to upload if you haven’t setup the UBL Certificate Directory or if the machine you are starting the infrastructure from doesn’t have access to the Usage-Based Licensing Certificate Directory that you specified in the AWS Portal Settings.
