If you get “license not found” errors and have configured AWS Deadline Cloud UBL limits, ensure you have added the correct metered product to your license endpoint.

Download your Legacy UBL certificates from the Customer Portal.
Legacy UBL Certificate Directory Not Setup¶
Legacy UBL Certificates Fail to Upload¶
Legacy UBL Certificates can fail to upload if you haven’t setup the UBL Certificate Directory or if the machine you are starting the infrastructure
from doesn’t have access to the Legacy Usage-Based Licensing Certificate Directory
that you specified in the AWS Portal Settings.
